*Travel costs, shipping and framing are not included in the price.
*Additional figures in the same painting are discounted 15%.
*A pet included in the portrait is an additional $500.

Portrait Procedure

A. The initial consultation may be held in person or over the phone, during which we'll discuss the client's desires regarding concept and composition of the portrait. A 40% deposit is due upon commission.

B. A second meeting date will be set for reference photos to be taken of the subject(s). I will also do a fairly quick oil sketch at this time as a color reference for the painting. Please allow for about 2-3 hours.

C. Over a 4-6 week period, I'll create a full sized portrait of the proposed painting for the client's approval.

D. Upon approval, I will use sketches and photos to complete the portrait. Within two weeks of completing the portrait, I will call the client to discuss framing and shipping.

The remaining 60% fee is due at the time of delivery.
